Emily Perez is a seasoned beauty industry executive with more than 15 years of experience, and a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout her career she has focused on mentoring Latinas and women navigating corporate spaces in beauty, drawing on her own path through the industry to support others coming up behind her.

She founded Latinas in Beauty in 2020 to address how underrepresented Latina professionals remain across the beauty industry, from retail shelves to boardrooms. The organization relaunched as a nonprofit in 2024 under her leadership, and now runs mentorship, events, and its Pledge for Equity initiative to expand Latina representation and opportunity across the industry.
