Latinas make up a huge share of beauty spending but remain deeply underrepresented in the industry, holding less than 1% of C-suite leadership roles and receiving a tiny fraction of startup funding. Latinas in Beauty Community exists to close that gap by connecting Latina professionals across the entire beauty ecosystem, from corporate executives and brand founders to makeup artists, stylists, dermatologists, influencers, and journalists.

Members get access to a digital networking community, virtual and in-person industry events, and personalized mentorship, along with educational resources and business tools built for the beauty industry specifically. The community also organizes around the "Pledge for Equity," giving members a way to actively push for more representation on retail shelves, in boardrooms, and across marketing and product development.
