I’m Eslen Delanogare, psychologist and neuroscientist with formal education from UFSC, leading the Reservatório de Dopamina since 2022. My passion lies in translating neurobiology, psychology, and habit formation into everyday practices people can follow without jargon, with evidence. I believe knowledge is motivation: when you understand how your brain works, you can change behaviors that feel hard or automatic.
Alongside building RD, I continue academic work, give public talks, and create community programs to spread mental health and human performance grounded in research. My mission is to make neuroscience accessible so that more people can build healthier habits, stronger minds, and sustainable growth in their personal and professional lives.
