Alina is the founder of Fearless Sleep and a certified sleep coach through The Sleep Coach School. She developed insomnia in her mid-twenties and, through her own experience, put considerable time and effort into understanding what was keeping the struggle going. Eventually, she found her own way out of the worry–sleep–worry cycle – an experience that now shapes what she teaches others.
Through the Fearless Sleep Library, she helps members understand hyperarousal, sleep effort, and the fear that can keep insomnia going, rather than continually chasing quick fixes. Her approach emphasizes acceptance, self-compassion, and changing one’s relationship with sleep over rigid routines and attempts to control sleep.
Her teachings may particularly resonate with people who have felt frustrated or discouraged by conventional sleep advice or CBT-I and are looking for a different way of understanding and approaching insomnia.
