Insomnia can turn into a cycle of worrying about sleep, trying harder to make sleep happen, and becoming even more worried when it doesn’t. Many common approaches focus on strategies and routines aimed at improving or controlling sleep, but for some people, this can add more pressure to an already difficult relationship with sleep. Alina built the Fearless Sleep Library after going through this cycle herself, putting considerable time and effort into understanding what kept the struggle going, and eventually finding her own way out of it.

Inside, members work through the Main course exploring sleep fundamentals, hyperarousal, sleep effort, and behavioral principles, plus a second course on applying recovery principles to work, relationships, travel, and daily life.

Twice a month, we host live calls to discuss practical questions and challenges that come up along the way. There’s also a private community space where members can ask clarifying questions, share what they’re learning, and support each other along the way. Every week, Alina shares short posts and reflections on different aspects of recovery, with all resources organized and easy to find whenever you need them.

The Library may be particularly valuable for those who have felt frustrated or discouraged by conventional sleep advice or CBT-I and are looking for a different way to approach insomnia and sleep anxiety.
