Francesca Lynn Arnoldy has been a community doula since 2009, supporting individuals through birth, and death. She was the original course developer and program director of the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine's End-of-Life Doula Professional Certificate Programs, which she launched in 2017 and ran for five years. She is the author of four books including The Death Doula's Guide to Living Fully and Dying Prepared and Kindred Grief Care. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Fast Company, Newsweek, and AARP, and she has taught at the Omega Institute. She is a published researcher with the Vermont Conversation Lab with a focus on StoryListening.
