Francesca Beard is a UK speech and language therapist who runs Let's Communicate Ltd, a therapy service for children and young people in Kent and South East London. Drawing on her hands-on clinical experience, she founded NQP Academy to support therapists just starting their careers.

Through the Academy, Francesca offers practical guidance to help newly qualified speech and language therapists bridge the gap between university training and real clinical practice, backed by her own experience running a therapy practice.
