NQP Academy was founded by Francesca Beard, a UK speech and language therapist who also runs Let's Communicate Ltd, a therapy service for children and young people in Kent and South East London. NQP Academy targets newly qualified speech and language therapists (SaLTs) making the transition into clinical work.
The academy offers practical guidance and support to help new therapists bridge the gap between university training and real clinical practice, backed by Francesca's hands-on experience running a therapy practice.
