Henny Flynn spent more than 20 years in senior corporate roles before a period of high stress and grief led to critical illness and forced major changes in how she lived. Mindfulness, journaling and coaching helped her develop a kinder way of listening to herself, which became the foundation of her work.

Henny is a qualified PCC level coach with a Diploma in ImageWork Therapy, plus training in Systemic and Constellation coaching and trauma-informed somatic practice. She offers one-to-one coaching, group programs, retreats and The Henny Flynn Podcast, and created The Field as a seasonal space for compassionate self-enquiry.
