The Field is a seasonal program of compassionate self-enquiry for people going through a life shift. It offers a quiet, non-judgmental place to pause, listen to yourself and reflect alongside others. There is no pressure to share, and no requirement to attend every live session.

Each season runs for three months. Members gather live once a month for teachings, embodied practices and reflection around a theme. Between sessions, a private online space holds reflective prompts and materials, so you can go at your own pace. No prior experience is needed.

Outcomes

  • Make space to hear yourself more clearly
  • Meet change with more calm and self-compassion
  • Build a steady habit of reflection
  • Feel safe in a group, whether you share or just listen

What's included?

  • Monthly Live Gatherings

Three live gatherings each season, held on the second Thursday of the month, 7pm to 8:15pm UK time. Each one mixes teachings, embodied practices and reflection around a seasonal theme.

  • Session Recordings

Every gathering is recorded, so you can catch up or revisit a session whenever it suits you if you cannot make it live.

  • Private Online Space

A members-only online space with reflective prompts and materials to use between gatherings. Taking part is flexible, and nobody is required to share.

Who is this for?

  • People moving through a life shift who want company while they reflect
  • Anyone who values a non-judgmental space to slow down and listen inward
  • Newcomers to self-enquiry who want guided teachings and practices, no experience needed
  • People who prefer flexible participation, with no pressure to speak or attend live
