Ingrid Tappin is the Founder and CEO of Diverse Leaders in Tech (DLiT), a social impact venture she built to drive measurable diversity, equity, and inclusion progress across European tech. Based in Amsterdam, she previously led DEI initiatives at Techleap.nl before launching DLiT as an independent organization with founding support from Techleap and Booking.com. Under her leadership, DLiT has grown into a trusted community of tech professionals, HR leaders, and DEI advocates working to normalize data-driven inclusion across the industry.
