About

Jean-Philippe Poupard is the founder of Formapart, the first French organization dedicated to facilitation and the professionalization of facilitators, and the author of the first French-language book on becoming a facilitator. Over 17 years, he worked on the ground with leaders from some of France's most recognized companies. His work centers on a conviction that sets him apart from most of the field: facilitation is not a set of tools for running workshops, it is a methodological approach to the strategy of mobilizing an organization. What he develops in the facilitators he trains is not the ability to run a good session, but the posture to enter where decisions are actually made, challenge a sponsor's demand, and take responsibility for lasting results rather than for the process alone. Through his Strategic Facilitator bootcamp, he helps experienced facilitators stop being as workshop animators and become the partner who designs how an entire organization commits and moves.
