Jean-Philippe Poupard is the founder of Formapart, the first French organization dedicated to facilitation and the professionalization of facilitators, and the author of the first French-language book on becoming a facilitator. Over 17 years, he worked on the ground with leaders from some of France's most recognized companies. His work centers on a conviction that sets him apart from most of the field: facilitation is not a set of tools for running workshops, it is a methodological approach to the strategy of mobilizing an organization.
