This french-language program is for facilitators who already run good workshops and are tired of being seen as the person who animates the room. Over twelve weeks, fully remote, they move from facilitating events to designing how an entire organization commits and moves, the mobilization strategy that decides whether anything survives once the session ends. The work is built on posture and method, not a catalogue of tools: how to frame the real stake with a sponsor, how to design a multi-month "démarche" instead of a string of isolated workshops, how to hold a strategic stance in front of a decision-maker. Participants work on their own live cases in hot seats, inside a demanding cohort of peers who face the same blocks, with weekly live coaching, masterclasses from outside experts, and six months of monthly group coaching once the program ends. They leave the isolation of solo practice and take their place at the level where the organization's real choices are made.

Outcomes

  • Reframe a sponsor's demand into the real strategic stake
  • Design a multi-month "démarche"
  • Hold a strategic posture with decision-makers
  • Be seen as a partner in the decision
  • Move to impact that actually lasts.

What's included?

  • Twelve weeks program

Twelve weeks, fully remote, mixing live sessions and self-paced work so it fits a working facilitator's schedule.

  • Collective live coaching

Seven 60-minute live coaching to get your questions answered, plus a WhatsApp channel to raise them ahead of time.

  • Eight 90-minute workshop

A kick-off, four hot seats on your own live cases (framing, positioning, designing the engagement, pricing), two workshops on posture, and a closing session.

  • Two masterclass

Two extra live sessions and two workshops with outside experts, so the program isn't built on one person's view alone.

  • Facilitator Community Access.

A demanding peer cohort on circle and whatsapp, so you stop solving problems alone.

  • Six months of follow-up

Six months of monthly group coaching after the program ends, so you're not left on your own once it's over.
