Dr. Julia Vogel Wenzin is the founder and CEO of LEALY, a digital health program for women over 40. She holds a doctorate in machine learning from ETH Zurich and has spent her career building customer-driven technology products.
She founded LEALY to give women an evidence-based way to manage their weight and their health through the menopause years, built around lasting everyday habits rather than another diet. The program runs out of Switzerland for German-speaking women, and it was developed with specialist physicians at Klinik Hirslanden. It is recognized by Swiss supplemental health insurers as a supplementary benefit.
LEALY is a 12-month, evidence-based program built around habits that fit real life. It works because it gives women structure, coaching and a community for a full year, long enough for new habits to actually hold rather than fade after a few weeks like a diet.
Her focus is on using technology to help women make real changes in how they live, and keep them.
