Luli Adeyemo is the Executive Director of TechDiversity Foundation, a social enterprise dedicated to growing a thriving and inclusive Australian technology workforce. Recognised as Emerging Leader in Tech at the Women's Agenda Leadership Awards, she is also the founder of Best Case Scenario, an award-winning event agency. Luli has led TechDiversity's expansion from an awards platform into a full education and research enterprise, home to the TechDiversity Academy. The Academy now delivers the Inclusive Leadership Programme and the AI Governance Practitioners Programme (Confident Custodians of AI), alongside the Tech Reflects workforce study and an annual awards ceremony now in its eleventh year. Luli's focus is simple: widen the circle, so the decisions shaping tomorrow's workplaces are not made by a handful of people deciding for everyone.
