TechDiversity Academy is the online learning platform of TechDiversity Foundation, a social enterprise dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across Australia's technology workforce. The Academy offers two programmes for the professionals shaping how technology is led and governed.

The Inclusive Leadership Programme moves leaders beyond awareness into practice: understanding bias, building psychologically safe teams, and embedding inclusion into everyday organisational decisions. Three self-paced modules, designed for working professionals.

The AI Governance Practitioners Programme, known to its community as Confident Custodians of AI, is Australia's first diverse AI governance initiative. We don't teach you to use AI. We teach you to govern it: to ask the right questions, meet the standards, and be the trusted voice in the room where AI decisions get made. It is grounded in the international standards for AI management, ISO/IEC 42001 and 42005, and you leave with a minimum viable AI Management System (AIMS), ready to take to a board.

Graduates earn a digital certificate and join a community of leaders committed to transforming Australian workplaces.
