Misa Chien is the founder and CEO of The Authentic Asian, a membership community for AAPI women executives and entrepreneurs that she launched in 2023. She is a serial entrepreneur with more than 18 years of founder experience, having built ventures including Nom Nom Sandwiches into a seven figure business, co-founded Praiseworthy, and led Autopilot Reviews as co-founder and CEO.

A UCLA graduate with executive education from Harvard Business School, Misa has been recognized on Inc Magazine's 30 Under 30 and Forbes Women to Watch, and is known as one of the most viewed women on LinkedIn. She built The Authentic Asian to give AAPI women leaders a space to feel seen, supported, and celebrated, growing it to more than 200 vetted members focused on collaboration over competition.
