Marissa Waiters is a travel entrepreneur, speaker, and mentor who founded Spread Your Wings® Travel in 2019. Since then, she has helped more than 2,400 travelers plan vacations around the world while building one of the fastest-growing travel businesses in her market.

In 2024, she launched Waiters Travel Consulting, a host agency that provides training, mentorship, and support for aspiring and current travel advisors. Marissa has personally mentored more than 200 travel agents and leads a community of over 100 active agents booking trips and growing profitable businesses.
