Waiters Travel Consulting is a Black-owned host travel agency that recruits, trains, and supports independent travel advisors at every stage of business, from booking their first client to building a full-time travel brand. Members join through a one-time enrollment fee and monthly subscription, gaining access to a self-paced orientation, hands-on training, and the tools needed to build a profitable travel business.

Agents receive access to real travel leads as they become available, a comprehensive Agent Resource Center with client communication templates, monthly live trainings, supplier education, and a supportive community of more than 100 active travel advisors. WTC offers a 75% commission split with a path to 85% for top-performing agents, creating opportunities for long-term growth and increased earnings.
