Matthew Horncastle co-founded Williams Corporation in 2012 at just 19 years old, starting out as a contract builder with no capital. Over the following years he helped grow the company into one of the largest residential developers in the country, delivering more than $1.3 billion in property and settling over 2,500 homes.

That first-hand experience of every stage of building a business, from the first decision to lead a growing team, led him to create Williams Academy. Rather than teach American MBA-style theory, he built a curriculum around the real decisions business owners actually face, sharing the frameworks and tools he used to scale Williams Corporation from the ground up.
