Mórris Litvak is the founder and CEO of Maturi, the largest professional development and re-placement platform for people over 50 in Latin America. A São Paulo native, he trained as a software engineer at FIAP before turning to social entrepreneurship. He launched the company in 2015, originally as MaturiJobs, after watching his grandmother work into her eighties. His work centers on age diversity and the silver economy in the Brazilian labor market. Litvak speaks internationally on the subject and writes a column for Fast Company Brasil. He has built a network of more than 220,000 professionals around the cause.
