Comunidade Maturi connects professionals aged 50 and older across Brazil who want to keep building their careers, find new income, and stay current with the changing demands of the modern workplace. The community has grown to more than 26,000 members who share stories daily, exchange experience, and support one another through career transitions and re-entry into the job market. Members gain access to exclusive job openings, professional specialization courses, mentorships, and live events built around reinvention and continued growth later in working life. The content covers employability, entrepreneurship, technology, self-knowledge, and the behavioral skills that mature professionals are increasingly expected to bring to modern roles. Primarily conducted in Portuguese, the community serves Brazil's 50+ workforce along with the companies and allies who champion age diversity in hiring. Built and run by Maturi, it carries forward the company's mission of bringing intergenerational talent and the silver economy into organizations since 2015.
