Dr. Peter Burnickl is an engineer, MBA and BDSF-certified expert (Sachverständiger) for construction costs and building accounting. He studied electrical and building engineering and worked as a specialist planner before founding Burnickl Ingenieure in 2011. After navigating insolvency during the German construction downturn, he restarted at 42 as CEO of Pro Bauherr GmbH. He has accompanied over 1,200 building projects, holds his own real-estate investments in the eight-to-nine-figure range, and hosts the IMMO:INSIDE podcast for property investors.
