It's a German-language program — live calls, community, materials, and templates are all in German. It's built for German-speaking developers building in Germany, including those living or operating internationally. Does Peter work with international or English-speaking investors?

Yes. The Inner Circle group program runs in German, but Peter also advises clients directly outside that format — including English-speaking investors interested in the German market, and clients with projects abroad (for example in New York). If that's you, get in touch and we'll find the right setup.

What does it cost, and what are the terms?

Two options: €2,999 for 3 months or €8,999 for 12 months (net, plus VAT). The 12-month tier saves you €3,000 and covers a full project cycle. Spots are limited to 12 per month, and the price rises €500 with the next cohort.

Is this a course or ongoing guidance?

Guidance, not a course. You're not buying content to work through alone — you get live accompaniment on your actual project, with Peter and his experts answering your specific questions on plans, quotes, and contracts as they come up.

Do I need a concrete project already, and who is it for?

You don't need a project underway, but this is for serious builders: creditworthiness or equity above €200,000, project volume above €1M, a plot in hand or a real intent to start — and a willingness to actually execute. It's not for pure information-gathering or fix-and-flip.

What if I'm not satisfied?

There's a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you haven't identified at least €10,000 in savings potential within your first 30 days, you get a full refund. Peter's own standard is that every member saves at least 10× their investment.

How does the one-time Bauherren-Hotline work?
