Philippa Druce is the founder of Dream Academy and a learning and development specialist with more than 10 years of experience designing and delivering training that helps people build skills, confidence and employability.

Her background spans coaching and advising on employment, interview preparation, public speaking and leading training workshops, backed by six years as an HR advisor. She holds an award in Education & Training level 3, CIPD qualified and is a TAQA-qualified assessor and a Lean Yellow Belt. Through Dream Academy she brings that experience together with a peer community built for sustained career growth.
