1ST ROW Community
A German network helping women build leadership visibility and speaking opportunities
+2 more
This German-language network connects women who want to lead more visibly in business, combining a leadership academy, speaker development, and a community built specifically for female founders, executives, and rising leaders. It was founded by Regina Mehler, who also built the Women Speaker Foundation, Europe's first agency dedicated exclusively to female keynote speakers.
Members get access to leadership training, a program called Women Speaker that helps them build a public speaking profile, and matchmaking with companies and projects looking for female talent. The community also runs live networking events and practice sessions, giving members real chances to build visibility instead of just learning about it.
