Regina Mehler is a serial founder who spent more than 20 years in leadership roles across the tech industry, including Siebel, Software AG, and Adobe, focused on marketing, innovation, and change management. She now serves on the board of the CMO Council and lectures at the University of St. Gallen.

In 2012, she founded the Women Speaker Foundation to get more women onto stages and into leadership visibility, and later built 1ST ROW into a broader network and leadership academy for women in business. Her goal, in her words, is a future where organizations like hers are no longer needed because women's visibility is already the norm.
