Members access live programs, virtual support groups, curated resources and peer-led forums tailored to the caregiving lifecycle—from preparation and crisis navigation to healing after loss. The Hub is supported by Dr. Pooja Patel and her team, who integrate occupational-therapy insights, healthcare navigation strategies and peer education to ensure that caregivers feel informed and connected. Regular educational webinars, topic-specific modules and moderated discussions build caregiver competence and reduce isolation. Through expert-led sessions and community exchange, members gain the tools to plan ahead, manage current caregiving responsibilities and move toward intentional transitions with confidence.
