Black Women in Tech is a global community designed to connect, support, and amplify Black women working in technology. It provides a space for networking, shared experiences, and discussion around career growth, inclusion, and representation in tech. Members engage through online conversations, community updates, and visibility initiatives shared through social platforms. The community emphasizes peer connection and collective advocacy rather than formal training programs. It serves as a hub for sharing opportunities, resources, and stories from Black women in tech worldwide. Black Women in Tech exists to strengthen community, visibility, and access for Black women across the tech ecosystem.
