In the United States, new mothers are usually sent home within days of giving birth with little structured support for the weeks that follow. Many other cultures set aside weeks for rest, closeness, and healing after birth. Without that kind of care, physical recovery, breastfeeding, and emotional adjustment are often left to figure out alone.

Deeply Rooted Healing brings that missing layer of care back. Luka Barba combines clinical training in lactation and craniosacral therapy with older postpartum practices like belly binding, yoni steaming, and closing ceremonies. Members get individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all checklist, along with classes on breastfeeding, birth recovery, and infant bodywork that they can return to as questions come up.
