Feral Writing Society

Feral Writing Society is a community built for fantasy, romantasy, and romance writers who want to finish their manuscripts without doing it alone. It was created by a writer who wished a space like this existed while drafting in isolation — a place where showing up consistently matters more than showing off. Members join co-writing sessions, share feedback on dialogue, pacing, and world-building, and connect with others who understand the specific challenges of writing genre fiction.

Beyond the writing itself, the community is built around encouragement and accountability. Guest speakers, including authors, editors, cover artists, and other publishing professionals, share their expertise, while writing challenges and sprints keep members moving toward their goals. A beta reader network lets writers exchange chapters and feedback, and social spaces make room for trope debates, recommendations, and the camaraderie that comes from writing alongside people working toward the same thing.
