MKTG WMN is a member-led community for women and non-binary professionals working in marketing, growth, design, and tech.

What began as a Slack group has grown into an active, engaged community of marketers at every stage — from early career to leadership. Members come for the honesty, transparency, and the relief of not having to pretend they have it all figured out.

Inside MKTG WMN, members participate in virtual and in-person events, curated networking, and structured 6-month mentorship programs. Conversations focus on promotions, compensation, leadership, and the real dynamics of working in marketing — not just the highlight reel.

The community is intentionally no-fluff and thoughtfully curated. It’s a place to learn, ask real questions, and grow alongside people who actually get the work.
