Sarvam Ekam is a Spanish-language school of meditation and self-knowledge led by Jose Verdu. It treats meditation as a practice that fits daily life and draws on different techniques and their philosophy. This monthly membership gives you the full school experience from the first day.
Two weekly live class tracks, on Zoom and in the morning or evening, let you pick the slot that suits your week, or attend both. Classes combine meditation and self-knowledge, and recordings keep you on track when life gets busy. No meditation experience is needed, and a beginner course builds the basics before you go deeper.

Weekly live classes on Zoom
Live meditation and self-knowledge classes each week, in two tracks (Monday-Wednesday and Tuesday-Thursday) with morning and evening slots in UTC-5.
