Sarvam Ekam is a Spanish-language school of meditation and self-knowledge founded by Jose Verdu. It explores different meditation techniques and the philosophy behind them, with the aim of building a practical spirituality that applies to daily life.

Jose's own path began with health problems early in life, which led him to study consciousness. He holds a Master's in Consciousness and Transformative Studies, is an ICF-accredited holistic life coach and a Yoga Alliance certified meditation and yoga teacher. The school reflects that mix of study and practice.
