Every key decision runs through them, the team depends on them for clarity, and even simple problems find their way back to their desk. That pressure isn’t sustainable, and it quietly caps the growth of the company.

That’s the problem we help solve.

We work with founder-led businesses who want to scale but can’t because their team isn’t yet able to operate with confidence, clarity, or ownership. The founder becomes the bottleneck, the team becomes dependent, and the business stalls.

My work focuses on transforming that dynamic. We help founder/CEOs build self-managing teams, replace founder dependency with structure, and create an environment where people perform at a high level without burning out. The result is a team that makes better decisions, moves with alignment, and grows without relying on the founder to hold everything together.
