STEP UP MBA is built for HR leaders in scaling start-ups who are seen as support rather than strategic because they do not speak the language of business and commercial decision-making. It develops the business acumen and commercial confidence HR leaders need to understand the business, influence decisions with credibility, and impact outcomes that drive revenue and growth.

Unlike CIPD or SHRM, which stay HR-focused, or a traditional MBA, which is expensive and not HR-specific, STEP UP MBA moves through five modules: understanding business models, building products, selling products, making revenue and profit, and funding for growth. Membership gives 12 months of full access to all learning content and activities, alongside live peer discussion, live sessions with founder JooBee, and live sessions with VCs, PEs, founders, and CxOs on real business priorities and trade-offs.
