Daily Calm is a short, self-paced digital program designed to help you interrupt the cycle of chronic worry and reconnect with your body's natural capacity for calm.

Over five days, each session takes only a few minutes - simple practices drawn from qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, including breathwork, gentle movement, and body awareness. There's no sitting still trying to "empty your mind." Instead, you're given something to do with your body that actually works.

Each day builds on the last: connection, nourishment, grounding, transformation, integration. By the end, you'll have a small daily routine you can actually use.

Includes video practices, daily journal prompts, and a companion PDF to keep.
