The Behavior Lounge, founded by Meghan Edwards, was built to close that gap by connecting behavior analysts with a community that actually understands school systems.

Meghan spent over 10 years as a special education teacher before becoming a BCBA, and built The Behavior Lounge around the practical problems she saw firsthand: staff who need buy-in, students who need de-escalation support, and BCBAs who need shared language with school teams.
