The Coaches CORE is a leadership community built specifically for coaches, people who spend their careers developing others and are committed to growing as leaders themselves. Founded by Tracy Slusser, a former Stanford Associate Head Coach (three NCAA championships), US National Team coach, and ICF-credentialed leadership coach, it exists because coaches at every level kept saying the same thing: they needed a place of their own.

Members join Monthly Leadership Labs on topics coaches actually face, like letting go of control or building confidence, and can revisit past sessions through the Leadership Library. A peer network gives coaches people who understand the job, CORE Spotlight events bring in leaders from outside sport, and a weekly reflective question keeps self-awareness and intentional leadership part of the regular routine.
