The Coaches CORE was founded by Tracy Slusser, an ICF-credentialed leadership coach and former Stanford Associate Head Coach and US National Team coach. She built the community after noticing that coaches spend their careers developing everyone around them and deserve a dedicated place to invest in their own leadership growth.

Today, The Coaches CORE runs live Leadership Labs, a growing resource library, and a peer network built specifically for coaches, giving them the same kind of structured support and reflection they are expected to provide to the athletes and teams they lead.
