The Joyful Educator Community is a membership space designed for Black women education leaders who seek to lead with purpose and impact while embracing joy and connection. Each month members participate in hotseat coaching sessions, receive mini-video leadership lessons, and access a leadership resource vault focused on practical tools for team culture, instructional leadership and wellness. Quarterly mental wellness workshops ensure members’ personal wellbeing is supported as much as their professional growth.

The platform emphasizes networking, peer-driven challenges, and member celebrations to foster community and accountability in a sector often marked by isolation. The community also offers early access and discounts to Joyful Excellence workshops and retreats, rooted in equity, strategic leadership and sustainable practice. With flexible monthly or annual access, the space is built for Black women ready to lead differently, stay connected and thrive both personally and professionally.
