The LeanFarm Network is the world's first global community of farmers focused on lean thinking and continuous improvement, founded by Jana Hocken, author of The Lean Dairy Farm. Members connect with farmers across dairy, sheep, beef, goat, arable, and horticulture operations to share what is working and cut waste on their own farms.

Membership includes fortnightly live Q&A sessions with Jana, bi-monthly member-only webinars, and access to recorded sessions, action plans, and templates farmers can put to work right away. The LeanFarm Project has already trained more than 1,000 farmers across New Zealand, Australia, and Europe, and this online community extends that support between workshops.
