The Legion

Many IT engineers spend months cold-applying and prepping for interviews without ever getting real feedback from someone who's actually been through the hiring process at a senior level. The Legion was built to close that gap: a mentor-driven network where members learn directly from engineers who've already reached Senior or Staff roles, or who work remotely earning six figures. Rather than generic career advice, the focus stays on what actually moves a job search forward — sharpening a CV, building genuine interview skills, and understanding how hiring actually works from the inside.

Members work through a library of recorded System Design, algorithmic, live-coding, and behavioral interviews, get direct CV review and resume help, and join monthly live coaching sessions covering shifts in the hiring landscape. Beyond the practical toolkit, The Legion runs small group sessions and in-person networking events in major cities, giving members a space to trade referrals, ask for help, and build real connections with other engineers working toward the same goals.
