The Pastor's Community: Bronze
Monthly group calls and a private network for pastors leading growing churches
+1 more
The Pastor's Community is a paid membership for pastors whose churches are growing faster than their systems. Staff, structure and culture problems show up whether a leader feels ready or not, and many pastors face them without trusted peers or proven playbooks.
This membership puts you in the room with other pastors for a monthly group call led by Matt Svoboda, a former executive pastor who helped a church grow from 250 to 3,800 people. Between calls, a private online community and a digital library keep encouragement, prayer and practical resources close at hand.
Outcomes
- Lead growth with clearer systems and structure
- Build a healthier staff and church culture
- Stop carrying ministry decisions alone
- Learn from pastors facing the same growth pains
