The Pastor's Community is a paid membership for pastors who lead growing churches and want stronger systems, staff and culture. It is led by Matt Svoboda, a former executive pastor who helped a Nashville-area church grow from 250 people to 3,800.

Since 2019, Svoboda Consulting (formerly CFPO Consulting) has advised churches from Miami to Seattle on culture, staff structure and planning. The community grew out of that work, giving pastors steady coaching, shared resources and other leaders to lean on.
