The Pastor's Community is a paid membership for pastors who lead growing churches and want trusted support as staff, structure and culture get more complex. It is led by Matt Svoboda, a former executive pastor who helped his church grow from 250 to 3,800 people.
This is the high-touch way to work with him. Along with monthly coaching and group calls, he visits your church once a year, and members gather for an annual retreat with other pastors. The private online community and digital library keep the conversation going in between.
