Robert Pizey spent years working as a teacher in international schools before an unexpected turn: living with severe OCD pushed him to learn everything he could about the condition, in and out of therapy. That personal recovery became the foundation for Robert James Coaching, which he built to help others navigate the same cycle of obsessive thoughts and compulsions.

Based in Barcelona after growing up in the UK, Robert is also a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, drawing on breathwork and cold exposure alongside coaching to help clients build resilience. He works with clients one-on-one and through his structured Break Free from OCD program.
