Ben Nichols is the founder of The 22 – an advisory, media and education platform for the New Padel World – and one of the most connected people in the padel industry.

He co-founded the Anglo American Padel Cup – the ‘Ryder Cup of Padel’ – and built Insider 22, a global community of padel business leaders. His clients have included Playtomic, Premier Padel, Hexagon Cup, PPL, Vitality and MR PORTER.

Before padel, he led global media relations for WADA during the Russian Doping Crisis and was featured in the Academy Award-winning documentary Icarus.
