Tom Weaver is co-founder of People People alongside Lianne Weaver and works across coaching, leadership and organisational development through Beam Development & Training.

Before moving into people development, Tom spent his career in carpentry, construction and project management, where he experienced first-hand the realities of leading teams, managing pressure, solving problems and getting things done through other people.

Since joining Beam in 2019, Tom has worked with individuals, leaders and organisations through coaching, wellbeing and leadership development. His approach is practical, human-centred and science-informed, with a particular interest in behaviour change, communication, self-awareness and helping people turn insight into action.

People People grew from a simple shared belief: if your work is about understanding, supporting and developing other people, you should have somewhere to keep developing too.
