Anna Donaghey and Tabbin Almond co-founded this female community having both fundamentally changed their relationships with alcohol, and certifying as coaches with This Naked Mind. Unstuck! is the community they wish they'd had, back when they were trying to break free from alcohol and change their own problematic drinking patterns. Their approach within this wonderfully supportive circle, focuses on helping women understand 'why' they drink, challenge their drinking beliefs and, through self-awareness and identity shift, create permanent change.

They lead weekly live coaching calls and work directly with members throughout their full year in this private, always-on community. It's the polar opposite of struggling alone amidst feelings of shame.
